Connecting your ODBC information source

  1. In Orders, Click Manage Data Sources.
  2. Click Add together New Source .
  3. SelectCSV/Text Fileand click Next.
  4. The New Profile Wizard will open.  Enter a name for this profile and click Next.
  5. Select Select an existing ODBC information source and click Adjacent.
  6. Enter the name of your ODBC information source in the drop down menu, and if needed, enter a username and/or passowrd.  And so click Next.
  7. The Map Fields window volition open up.  Please follow on screen prompts and map equally much data, inclusing shipping options, in our ODBC mapping wizard.  There are a lot of options.  Since no ii ODBC data souces are the same, choose to map the data that is best for your business.
  8. When finished mapping and setting profile options, click Done.
  9. Click Done to close the Manage Profiles window.

Importing orders from your ODBC data source

To import new orders, open up the Orders tab and clickImport Orders.

  • When importing orders from a CSV or Text file for the first time, PC Software Orders will import orders up to ninety days quondam.  After that, orders are imported regardless of age.
  • Only "Non Printed" orders volition be imported. We will not import orders with a condition of "Printed" or "Cancelled".
  • All fractional weight and dimensions values must exist entered in decimal form.

Editing your ODBC Profile
